Provide Free Connection Fee For Lis Of Choice Of End User And His 6. The Moa Shall Cover A Period Of 3 Months With Added Stipulation For Extended Use Of Machine For Free In Case The Reagents Will Not Be Consumed Within 3 Months. 7. Ensure Compliance With Schedule For Preventive Maintenance And Calibration Of Equipment. 8. Ensure Prompt Response By Designate Engineer/s Within 24 Hours For Correction Of Equipment Failure Or Malfunction. 9. Reimburse All Examinations That Are Sent Out Related To Equipment Failure Or Malfunction. 10. Assures All Reagents And Consumables Must Have An Expiration Date Of Not Less Than One Year Upon Delivery. Sealing And Marking Of Bids Each Bidder Shall Submit One Copy Of The First And Second Components Of Its Bid.
