Replace Select Aged Mechanical Units On Roof As Required. Replace Existing Folding Gym Partition Wall With A New Manually Operated Divider Curtain. Repair And Paint Existing Partition Enclosure. Renovate And Install New Courtyard Entrances. Install New Roadside Pylon Sign Complete With Digital Display. Replace Washroom Partitions As Required. Paint Various Selected Areas. Replace Fire Alarm Control Panel. Replace Selected Windows And Interior Doors. Replace Selected Millwork. Replace Current Lighting To Led In Selected Areas. Schedule As Further Described Herein At:   Char-lan District High School 19743 County Road 17, Williamstown, On, K0c 2j0   All Work Specified In 1.3 – Scope Of Work Is To Commence On Or About june 28, 2024.  All Work Awarded As A Result Of This Tender Must Have Reached Substantial Completion On Or Before august 30, 2024.
