The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals (rfp) Is To Identify A Design Partner To Collaborate With Us In Delivering High-quality, Innovative, And Cost-effective Architectural Solutions. Scope Of Services: The Selected Firm Will Be Responsible For Providing Services That May Include But Are Not Limited To: Preliminary Design And Concept Development Architectural Drawings And Plans Specifications For Materials And Finishes Compliance With Local Building Codes And Regulations Site Analysis And Planning Construction Oversight And Administration Further Details Regarding The Project Scope, Timelines, And Specific Requirements Will Be Provided In The Rfp Documents.
