The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar projects or projects of similar magnitude completed during the last 7 years or presently under construction. The bidder needs to provide information on the following: * Name of work * Total value of work * Date of start and completion * Actual date of completion * Whether any delay was incurred * Amount of work done (in Rs. lacs) * Percentage of work done Additionally, the bidder needs to provide a certificate from a competent authority of a government organization for each project, along with photographs of the projects completed or under construction. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works with some Central Government Department, State Government Department, Central Autonomous Body, Central or State Public Sector undertaking during the last five years from the date of publication, satisfying either of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered Cost The bidder is also required to provide information on the value of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage. Specifically, the bidder is required to provide the following information: * Value of completed works (brought to current cost level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum) * Value of balance commitment to complete the work * Percentage of financial progress The bidder is required to submit a statement of up-to-date payment made against each work, obtained from the Executive Engineer/Project Manager in charge of the work or by a Chartered Accountant.
