The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the project cost. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the project cost. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the project cost. In terms of specific values, the estimated cost of the work is Rs. 705.25 Lakh. Therefore, the required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of Rs. 705.25 Lakh (i.e., Rs. 211.575 Lakh). - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of Rs. 705.25 Lakh (i.e., Rs. 282.1 Lakh). - One similar work costing not less than 60% of Rs. 705.25 Lakh (i.e., Rs. 423.15 Lakh). At least one similar work should have a cost of not less than 30% of Rs. 705.25 Lakh (i.e., Rs. 211.575 Lakh). The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender.
