The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing similar works during the last ten years. The bidder should satisfy one of the following conditions: - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid, - At least one completed work of similar nature costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, which should have been executed with some Central/State Government Organisation/Central Autonomous Body/Central/State Public Sector Undertaking/Nigam, and the remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements with works successfully executed for reputed private organisations. Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully completed by single/multiple contract/orders, similar works during the last ten years, satisfying either of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation/ Central Autonomous Body/ Central/ State Public Sector undertaking/Nigam, with a value of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost put to bid is Rs. 1810.53 Lacs. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of tenders. The maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value) is considered for the bidder's eligibility. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the turnover during the last five financial years, and the formula to calculate the Assessed Available Bid Capacity is given as: 2 x A x N - B, where A is the maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value), N is the stipulated period of execution of the work, and B is the value of existing commitments.
