The bidder should have experience in executing works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations. The similar work experience should have been completed during the last Ten years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The certificate for similar work experience should clearly indicate the scope of work, date of completion, completed value, name of work, agreement/order no., date of start, etc. Similar work shall mean Construction of R.C.C. Framed Structure Building work. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed that are mentioned include: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for three similar works, - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for two similar works, - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid for one similar work, and - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work with a Central/ State Government Organisation.
