The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid, which is Rs. 228.834 Lacs (60% of the cost of work put to bid). - Two similar works each costing not less than 30% or 40% of the cost of work put to bid, with values of Rs. 114.417 Lacs (30% of the cost of work put to bid) and Rs. 152.556 Lacs (40% of the cost of work put to bid) respectively. - Three similar works each costing not less than 20% or 30% of the cost of work put to bid, with values of 20% and 30% of the cost of work put to bid, and the 30% value is Rs. 114.417 Lacs. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 114.417 Lacs. The cost of work put to bid is Rs. 381.39 Lacs. Similar work shall mean construction works of "RCC Frame structure building works".
