The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for three similar works or one work with a Central/State Government Organisation. - 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for two similar works. - 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid for one similar completed work. Additionally, the bidder's experience will be evaluated based on their performance in completing similar works, with 60% marks awarded for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks awarded for exceeding it. The bidder should also have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at simple rate.
