The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed and commissioned similar works, such as Piped Water Supply Scheme and its associated infrastructure works, during the last 10 years. The bidder should have completed at least three similar works, with specific value requirements, including: - Three completed works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 566.63 lacs). - Two completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 755.51 lacs). - One completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 1133.26 lacs). The bidder's average audited annual turnover on construction works during the immediate last three consecutive financial years should be at least 30% of the cost of work put to tender. The bidder should also have a solvency certificate of minimum 40% of the tender value. The value of experience on construction works shall be calculated by enhancing the actual values of works at a simple rate of 7% per year. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 40 percent of the cost put to bid, as evidenced by a Bank Solvency Certificate. The bidder's available Bid Capacity is to be assessed using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = 2 x AxN - B, where A is the maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value) and N is the stipulated period of execution of the work for which the tender is invited in years. B is the value of existing commitments to be completed during the execution period of the bid. The lead member of a Joint Venture (JV) should have a turnover of at least 51% of the total turnover required, and a solvency of at least 51% of the total solvency required. The technical experience required for JV/Consortium varies based on the project cost, with specific percentages mentioned for different project cost ranges. The bidder should have a positive net worth on the date of bidding and should submit acknowledgement of Income Tax return submitted online along with relevant 26AS for the last 3 years. The available bid capacity of the bidder at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited.
