The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing and commissioning similar works during the last ten years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three completed works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 687.99 Lacs). - Two completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 917.32 Lacs). - One completed work of aggregate cost not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 1375.98 Lacs). The bidder should also have experience in executing similar type of works, including sewerage work, earthen Embankment, and concrete stamping pathway as beautification work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works of STP of minimum capacities: - Three similar works of 2.40 MLD capacity each. - Two similar works of 3.30 MLD capacity each. - One similar work of 4.800 MLD capacity each. The value of similar completed works as well as turnover on construction works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have an average audited annual financial turnover during the immediate last three consecutive financial years on construction works, equal to at least 30% of the cost of work put to tender.
