The bidder should have experience of work contract, including testing and commissioning successfully in the last ten years. The required experience can be satisfied by any of the following: i. Three completed, tested, and commissioned works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 1909.43 Lakh). ii. Two completed, tested, and commissioned works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 2545.90 Lakh). iii. One completed, tested, and commissioned work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 3818.85 Lakh). The experience in foreign countries of a subsidiary or parent company will also be considered for qualification. In case the company is not registered in India, the experience has to be certified by the respective Embassy office/Apostille (in case of members of Hague Apostille Convention). The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning of piped water supply schemes and associated infrastructure works. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years. For Joint Ventures (JV)/Consortium, the lead member should have at least 30% technical experience of the required technical experience for projects costing more than 10 cr but less than or equal to 25 cr. For projects costing more than 25 cr, both members of the JV/Consortium should have at least 30% technical experience of the required technical experience. The value of a completed work done by a member in an earlier JV Firm/Partnership firm shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV Firm/Partnership firm. The average audited annual financial turnover during the immediate last three consecutive financial years on construction works should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. The bidder should have a positive net worth in the immediate last financial year, and the same should be certified by a statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant. The required experience is in similar works, which means completed, tested, and commissioned works of piped water supply schemes and their associated infrastructure works. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned similar works during the last ten years, with the following requirements: - Three completed works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 1909.43 Lakh). - Or two completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 2545.90 Lakh). - Or one completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 3818.85 Lakh).
