The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works during the last 10 years. The bidder should provide details of contracts of similar nature and complexity, including the name of work, brief scope of work, contract number and date, share holding in joint venture (if awarded to joint venture), name and address of employer, value of contract, stipulated date of start and completion, physical progress, and value of works remaining to be completed. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified in the following conditions: - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 289.63 Lacs) for three completed works. - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 386.18 Lacs) for two completed works. - 60% of the estimated cost put to tender (i.e., Rs. 579.27 Lacs) for one completed work. The bidder should also meet the physical criteria, which include: - Three similar completed works of CETP/STP of minimum 0.93 MLD capacity each. - Two similar completed works of CETP/STP of minimum 1.24 MLD capacity each. - One similar completed work of CETP/STP of minimum 1.86 MLD capacity each. The bidder should provide an experience certificate, which should include details about the works executed, estimated cost, contract number, contract value, and final contract value. The experience certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under bid. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned all the contracted works for the experience certificate to be accepted.
