The bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works, specifically construction of "RCC Framed Structure works". The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than the estimated cost of the work being bid. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work being bid. The percentage of similar works completed should be at least 80% of the contract value for the bidder to be eligible. The bidder should have experience in construction projects, with a specific emphasis on projects similar to the construction of Bhakti Stambh (Illuminated Pillars) in Mathura-Vrindavan Distt. Mathura (U.P.). The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate, using the provided escalation factors. The bidder should submit a certificate of experience, which should contain details such as the name and address of the firm, the name of the project, the location of the project, the scope of work, the cost of the project, and the date of completion. The certificate should also mention the performance report. Work experience certificate for on-going works shall not be considered for eligibility/evaluation.
