To extract the bid capacity required in the given tender, we need to examine the provided information for specific clauses related to financial eligibility, technical experience, and other relevant criteria that bidders must meet. The bid capacity can be assessed using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = 2× A×N - B, where A = Maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value), N = Stipulated period of execution of the work for which the tender is invited in years, and B = Value of existing commitments to be completed during the execution period of bid. Additionally, the tender mentions requirements such as a Bank Solvency Certificate equivalent to at least 40 percent of the cost put to bid, technical experience varying by project cost, and specific conditions for turnover and solvency for the lead member of a JV/Consortium. However, the information provided does not directly state a specific value or formula for the bid capacity required in the tender. Instead, it outlines conditions based on the project's cost and the bidder's financial and technical capabilities. Given this, the bid capacity required in the tender involves assessing the bidder's available bid capacity using the provided formula and ensuring it meets the specified conditions related to financial eligibility, technical experience, and other criteria. The formula provided is: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = 2× A×N - B. Where, A = Maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value) N = Stipulated period of execution of the work for which the tender is invited in years. B = Value of existing commitments to be completed during the execution period of bid. Thus, the bid capacity required can be calculated using this formula, considering the specific requirements and conditions outlined in the tender documents.

The bidder needs to fill up the information for the works they consider as "eligible work" as per the terms of the document, which will be considered while evaluating the Technical Eligibility of the Bidder. The experience certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under bid, including details such as name of work and location, contract number, contract value, final contract value, date of start and completion, and performance report.
