Description Of Procurement The University Is Conducting An Rfsq For Catering Services For Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus The Intent Of The Request For Supplier Qualification (rfsq) Is To Create A Qualified Supplier List (qsl) Of Five (5s) Catering Suppliers To Provide Catering Services. Two Of The Five On The Qsl May Provide Catering Services For Category 1 - Small Events (50 Or Less), While The Reminder May Provide Catering Services To Both Category 1 And 2 - Small And Larger Events. The University Reserves The Right To Change The Ratio Before Awarding. The Qualified Suppliers Will Work Primarily For The Sric Events Team But May Occasionally Have Requests From Other University Of Toronto Offices And External Groups. The Rfsq Is Divided Into The Following Categories: •             Category 1 – Catering Services For Meeting & Events (1 - 50 Persons) •             Category 2 – Catering Services For Meetings, Events & Gala (1 – 1,000 Or More) The Procurement Is Anticipated To Involve Negotiation.  An Electronic Auction Is Not Anticipated.   Address And Final Date For Submissions Submissions Must Be Submitted Electronically At Https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ On Or Before Tuesday, January 30, 2024 (2:00 Pm Local Time).
