Description Of Procurement The University Is Conducting An Rfp For Walk-in Fridge And Freezer This Project Requires Both A Walk-in Fridge And Walk-in Freezer With Insulated Walls And Floors And Stainless-steel Shelving To Be Installed In The Department Of Nutritional Sciences’ Nutrition Intervention Centre In The C. David Naylor Building. This Fridge And Freezer Will Be Used To Store Large Quantities Of Food For Feeding Studies As Well As Large Quantities Of Donated Human Milk To Investigate Alternative Pasteurization Processes. This Fridge And Freezer Should Meet All Requirements By Toronto Public Health For Food And Meet On-going Annual Inspections.
