The University Of The Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (up-pgh), Using A Single Year Framework Agreement, Through The Pgh General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Six Million Nine Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos And 35/100 (php46,966,970.35) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Philippine General Hospital Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines – Immunologicals/vaccines For One (1) Year (single Year Framework Agreement). Delivery Of The Goods Is Within The Period Stated In Section Vi, Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
