Description Invitation To Bid For Completion Of The Lobby Area And Breakout Rooms Of The Upou International Convention Center The Up Open University (upou), Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Revolving Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million One Hundred Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Eighty-three Pesos And Thirty-three Centavos (php5,114,183.33) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “completion Of The Lobby Area And Breakout Rooms Of The Upou International Convention Center” (ib No. 24-12-002). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Upou Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
