The University Of The Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (up-pgh), Using A Single Year Framework Agreement, Through The Pgh Revolving Fund 101 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixteen Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six Pesos And 00/100 (php16,499,526.00)only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Philippine General Hospital Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Various Housekeeping Supplies (common Use Supplies Not Available At Ps-dbm) For One (1) Year (single Year Framework Agreement). Delivery Of The Goods Is Within The Period Stated In Section Vi, Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
