This Request For Supplier Qualification (rfsq) Is An Invitation To Prospective Qualified Proponents To Present Prequalification Submissions So That The University May Establish Four (4) Vor Arrangements For The Following Categories Of Architectural Services Which Are Further Defined In Appendix F – Detailed Scope Of Services And Expectations: A. Interior Fit-ups B. Complex Lab And Research Spaces C. Light Retrofits, Upgrades, Rehabilitation D. Exterior Works And Facades Proponents May Apply To More Than One Category, But To Do So, Must Complete Certain Parts Of The Technical Rated Criteria For Each Category For Which They Wish To Be Considered. Refer To Article 2.2.2, Sections A, B, C And D. For Clarity, Proponents Are To Tailor Their Responses As It Pertains To The Specific Category They Are Applying To. The Five (5) Highest Scoring Proponents With Regards To The Evaluation Criteria, Will Be Selected Proponent For Each Category, However The University Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Selected Proponents Based On The Overall Scoring Of The Prequalification Submissions. The University May Add Shortlisted Proponents At A Later Date To Potentially Supplement The Vor Roster(s) At The University’s Discretion.
