Specific Deliverables The Items To Be Supplied And Delivered Shall Have The Following Technical Specifications: Qty. Unit Description 5 Units 2.5hp Window Type Inverter 1 Unit 2hp Window Type 2 Units 3tr/4hp Floor Mounted Split Type With Installation Ii. Institutional Requirements The Bidder Shall Submit Photo Of The Item Being Offered For Evaluation And Approval Purposes Upon Submission Of The Quotation. The Quotation Shall Indicate The Unit Price Of Air Conditioning Units Listed In Item Iii. Schedule Of Delivery The Supply And Delivery Of The Air Conditioning Unit Shall Be Within 30 Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Iv. Remuneration, Terms Of Payments, And Warranty Security The Supplier Shall Be Paid In Full Upon Udm’s Issuance Of The Corresponding Certificate Of Acceptance And Receipt Of Statement Of Account, Subject To Deduction Of Applicable Taxes. A Guaranty Security, In The Form Of Retention Money, Shall Be Withheld Equivalent To 1% Of The Total Contract Price To Cover Warranty. The Said Amount Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period. V. Approved Budget For The Contract The Approved Budget For The Contract Is ₱ 671,637.32 Vi. General Conditions 1.
