The Bidder Shall Submit A Product Sample Of Diploma And Holder For Reference And Evaluation Upon Submission Of The Quotation. B. The Prospective Bidder Shall Quote For All Items Indicated In The Specific Deliverables As One (1) Lot. C. The Winning Supplier Shall Be Provided By The University Registrar Of The Diploma Format. Prior To Printing, The Draft Diploma Shall Be Vetted By The University To Ensure Conformity With The Requirements. Iii. Schedule Of Delivery The Delivery Of The Diploma And Holder Shall Be Not Later Than July 25, 2024. Iv. Terms Of Payment And Warranty The Supplier Shall Be Paid In Full Upon Udm’s Issuance Of The Corresponding Certificate Of Acceptance, Subject To Deduction Of Withholding Taxes. A Warranty Security, In The Form Of Retention Money, Shall Be Withheld Equivalent To 1% Of The Total Contract Price To Cover Warranty For One (1) Month.
