The Bidder Shall Submit A Product Catalog Sheet Or Equipment Brochures For Evaluation Purposes Upon Submission Of The Quotation. B. The Winning Bidder Shall Provide The Appropriate Training And/or Seminar To The Concerned Udm Personnel. C. The Winning Bidder Shall Provide 24/7 Emergency Customer Service In Case There Are Issues/ Problems That May Arise Within The One (1) Year Warranty. Iii. Schedule Of Delivery The Delivery Of The Lights And Sound System Shall Be Within 15 Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Iv. Liquidated Damages In Case Of Delay In The Delivery Of Expected Service, The Amount Of The Liquidated Damages Shall Be At Least Equal To The One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Day Of Delay. Once The Cumulative Number Of Liquidated Damages Reaches 10% Of The Amount Of Contract, The Udm Shall Rescind The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Open To It. V. Warranty A. Warranty Of The Delivered Items Shall Be As Follows: Items/ Particular Warranty Period Equipment (e.g., Mixers, Amplifiers, Controller, Speakers, Processor, Microphones, Led Stage Lights) One (1) Year Accessories (e.g., Cables, Tour Case, Stands) Three (3) Months B. A Warranty Security, In The Item Of Retention Money, Shall Be Withheld Equivalent To 1% Of The Total Contract Price To Cover Warranty. The Said Amount Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period. Vi. Remuneration And Terms Of Payments The Supplier Shall Be Paid Upon Udm’s Issuance Of The Corresponding Certificate Of Acceptance And Receipt Of Statement Of Account, Subject To Deduction Of Applicable Taxes.
