Institutional Requirements The Supplier Shall: Coordinate With The Concerned Personnel Of The Supply Office For The Conduct Of Any Activity Related To The Fulfillment Of Their Obligations To The Udm; Be Willing To Sign And Abide By An Undertaking Of Confidentiality With The Udm; Warrant That It Shall Conform Strictly To The Terms And Conditions Of This Terms Of Reference. V. Warranty The Supplier Shall Replace The Items Which Were Found Defective, Torn/missing Pages And Damaged Covers To Ensure That All Items Are Free From Defects. Books Found With Defects Must Be Replaced With A New Copy Within Sixty (60) Days From The Date Of Notice Given By The End User. A Warranty Security, In The Item Of Retention Money, Shall Be Withheld Equivalent To 1% Of The Total. Vi. All Prices Offered Herein Are Valid, Binding And Effective For Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Issuance Of This Document. Price Quotations To Be Denominated In Philippine Peso Shall Include All Applicable Government Taxes And Fees. In Case Supplier Pro Forma Quotation Is Submitted, Conditions Will Be Governed By The Submitted Signed Terms Of Reference/technical Specifications. The Procurement Project Is Composed Of One (1) Lot. Vii. Liquidated Damages In Case Of Delay In The Delivery Of Expected Service, The Amount Of The Liquidated Damages Shall Be At Least Equal To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Day Of Delay. Once The Cumulative Number Of Liquidated Damages Reaches 10% Of The Amount Of Contract, The Udm Shall Rescind The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Open To It. Viii. Delivery Period The Supplier Shall Deliver In Print Format: Thirty To Forty-five (30-45) Working Days For Indent Order Or Fifteen (15) Working Days For Local Orders Upon Receipt Of The Signed Po From The Supplier Ix. Remuneration And Terms Of Payment The Prospective Supplier Shall Be Paid In Full, Upon Issuance Of Certificate Of Acceptance And Completion Of Corresponding Deliverables, Subject To Deduction Of Withholding Taxes, As Applicable. X. Approved Budget For The Contract The Approved Budget For The Contract Shall Be P50,708.32 Inclusive Of All Government Taxes And Fees.
