Invitation to bid: Supplier of receiving / security services of the upu building. Goals The UPU wishes to hire a supplier to perform all the current tasks of the UPU acceptance by adding security tasks. 2.6 Use of the UPU emblem, name and acronym Bidders do not make public in any way the fact that they plan to provide, whether they are providing or have provided services to the UPU and do not use the name, emblem or acronym of the UPU within the framework of their activity in order to obtain a commercial advantage or notoriety, without the authorization prior and explicit consent of the UPU. Bidders take all reasonable steps to ensure compliance with this provision by their agents, employees and subcontractors. 2.7 Collusive offer, anti-competitive practice or any other similar practice Without prejudice to the provisions under 3 and 4, tenderers (including their agents, consultants, employees and subcontractors) do not present a collusive offer and avoid any anti-competitive practice or any other similar practice concerning: - the preparation or submission of offers; - clarification of offers; - the conduct and content of the negotiations carried out, including the final contractual negotiations. In the context of the auction, the concepts of collusive offer, anti-competitive practice or any other similar practice may cover disclosure and exchange or clarification of information (in any form) with any other tenderer, whether or not this information is confidential for the UPU or any other bidder, with a view to modifying the outcome of the adjudication and achieving a result different from that which would have was obtained through a competitive process. In addition to the other remedies available to it, the UPU may, in its sole discretion, immediately reject any tender submitted by a tenderer who, at its opinion, has engaged in a collusive, anti-competitive or similar act with another tenderer, in the context of the preparation or submission of tenders, in connection with this adjudication or with other procurement procedures conducted by the UPU.
