The Purpose Of This Request For Expression Of Interest (reoi) Is To Identify Potential Service Providers To Be Invited To The Upcoming Invitation To Bid (itb) To Provide The Following Services: 1- Carry Out Three (3) Feasibility Studies In Different Sectors, Two Of Which In Georgia, And One In Armenia. 2- Conduct One (1) Study On Best Available Techniques (bat) Incentives On The Market And Elaborate Recommendations For Government Action For Accelerating Introduction Of Bats In The Industrial Sectors In Georgia. 3. Organize One (1) Study Tour In One Of The Eu Countries For Georgian National Experts On Air Quality Management (aqm), Bat, And Environmental Permits. 4. Develop A Training Programme On Industrial Emission Control And Environmental Permitting System, Including Bat Related Regulations And To Facilitate An In-person Training Workshop On Bats In Georgia. 5. Organize A Subregional Workshop In Hybrid Mode On Bat Implementation And A Study Tour For Countries In Eastern Europe And The Caucasus.
