Provision Of Facility Maintenance And Repair Services At Unoca, Libreville Gabon & 1.the Global Procurement Support Section, Un Procurement Division On Behalf Of United Nations Regional Office For Central Africa (unoca) Intends To Establish A Long-term Contract For The Provision Of Facility Maintenance And Repair Services At Unoca In Libreville, Gabon. 2. Potential Contract Duration. Un' S Consideration Is For An Aggregate Period Of Three (3) (1+1+1) Years Currently. At The Same Time, In Its Sole Discretion, The Un May Consider A Longer Potential Contract Period Of Five (5) Years Consisting Of Initial Term Of 2 Years And Three Optional Extensions Of One-year Each (2+1+1+1 Years). The Final Details Will Be Reflected In The Solicitation Document.the Resulting Contract Will Be All-inclusive Covering Provision Of Labor And Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Spare Parts, Paints, Tools, Equipment, Installations And Transportation Among Others And On An "as And Needed" Basis. 3.these Services Will Be Required In Two (2) Locations As Shown Below. 3.1.unoca Hq With 4 Floors (each With 13 Offices,1 Communications And It Room, 4 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen And A Power Generator Area) In The Building A Of La Perla Compound (un Compound). 3.2 Unoca Special Point Of Contact Of Secretary General (srsg) Residence With Two (2) Buildings. One Is A House In A Compound With Of One (1) Living Room, Dining Room, Office, Kitchen, Three (3) Bedrooms, Bathrooms And Another With Reception Room Plus Bar, Car Parking Area, Security Room, One (1) Bathroom, A Generator, Water Supply Area And A Security Boot At The Gate. 4.the Services Will Include The Following On An "as And When Needed" Basis As Either Emergency Or Non-emergency Services. The Details Will Be Provided In The Solicitation Document. 4.1 Main Services - Carpentry Works - Electrical & Lighting Works - Floor & Tiles Cleaning, Installations Or Repairs - Heating, Ventilation And Air-conditioning (hvac) - Masonry - Painting Viz. Internal And External, Metal Surface Painting - Plumbing/pipes And Drainage - Internal And External Plastering 4.2 Other Services - Minor And Optional Services - Gardening - Fumigation And Pest Control Services 5. It Is Preferred That Any Interested Vendor Has The Following Services As Its Core Business; Hvac, Electrical And Plumbing Services. Subcontracting Is Allowed For Non-core Business Services Above.
