Long Term Agreement (lta) For Provision Of Maintenance, Repair And Supply Of Spare Parts For The Unifil X-ray /luggage Scanners, Machines & 1. The United Nations Interim Force In Lebanon (unifil) Has A Requirement To Establish A Long Term Agreement For For Provision Of Maintenance, Repair And Supply Of Spare Parts For The Unifil X-ray/luggage Scanners, Machines. 2. The Contract Initial Duration Shall Be One (1) Year From The Date Of Its Signature, With An Option Of Two (2) – One Year Extension (1+1), Upon Satisfactory Performance Of The Contractor, Continuing Requirement Of Unifil And Availability Of Funds. The Maximum Contract Duration Shall Be Three (3) (1+1+1) Years. 3. Unifil Will Undertake A Competitive Solicitation Exercise Shortly And Consider Inviting Those Companies Have Expressed Their Interest And Provided Initial Relevant Information As To Their Ability To Fulfill Unifil’s Requirement. 4.
