The United Nations Support Office In Somalia (unsos) Seeks Expressions Of Interest (eoi) From Competent And Qualified Vendors For The Provision Of Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services. The Laundry (washing, Drying And Ironing) And Dry Cleaning Services Are Provided To Eligible Un Personnel On A Pay-per-service Basis In The Following Locations: Mogadishu, Dhobley, Baidoa, Beledweyne, Jowhar, Kismaayo, And Potentially Other Locations In Somalia. Eois May Be Submitted For Any Or All Of These Locations. The Estimated Number Of Un Personnel Is 600 In Mogadishu And 50 In Each Of The Other Locations. In Addition, Unsos Requires Housekeeping, Kitchen And Medical Laundry Paid For By The Un. Dry Cleaning Services May Only Be Required In Mogadishu. Unsos Is Planning To Enter Into 3-year Contract With Two One-year Extension Terms, Starting On Or About 1 January 2022. The Contractor(s) Are Expected To Provide All Workforce, Equipment And Consumables While Unsos Will Provide Space And Utilities. The Detailed Scope Of Requirements Will Be Provided Within The Un's Request For Proposal (rfp), Which Is Planned To Be Issued In October 2021.
