Provision Of Building And Civil Works Maintenance Services At The United Nations Gigiri Complex In Nairobi, Kenya & The United Nations Office At Nairobi (unon) Invites Qualified Interested Firms To Submit Their Expression Of Interest (eoi) To Participate In The Upcoming Competitive Bidding Exercise For The Provision Of Building And Civil Works Maintenance Services For The Buildings And Infrastructure Within The United Nations Gigiri Complex In Nairobi, Kenya. The Scope Of Work Will Entail Maintenance, Repairs, Modifications And/or Alteration Of Existing Facilities Including New Installations/ New Works. Specifically, The Services Will Include But Not Limited To: - Maintenance Of Sub And Super-structures, Structures, Roofs, Floors (and Finishing), Ceilings, Partitions, Joinery Works (including Doors, Windows And Glazed Areas) And Any Other Features And Components Of The Built-up Areas. - Maintenance And Repair Of Water And Sewage Systems. - Maintenance Of Fences, Roads, Car Parks, Footpaths, And Drainage - Making Of Signboards - Office Partitioning Including Installation Of New Partitioning, Changing Of Existing Partitions, Inserting Doors, Blocking Doors, Glass Windows And Blinds - Fixing And Repair Of Locks And Ironmongery - Fixing Of Surface Finishes - Painting - Minor Renovations/constructions - Maintenance Of Construction Drawings The Selected Contractor Shall Supply All Manpower, Supervision, Tools, And Equipment Necessary To Perform All The Above Outlined Services.
