A Long-term Agreement For The Provision Of Schedule Of Rates For Construction/renovation/maintenance Works In Uneca, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. & The United Nations Economic Commission For Africa (eca) Intends To Establish A Long-term Agreement For Three (03) Or More Years For The Provision Of A Schedule Of Rates For Small Scale Construction/renovation/maintenance Works With A Grade-4 And Above Contractor, For Its Multi-disciplined Engineering And Architectural, Construction And Renovation Projects To Deliver Within A Specific Period. Background The Uneca Requires To Implement New Constructions, Maintain And Upgrade The Existing Buildings And Infrastructures In Its Premises. Immediate Construction Capacity For Previously Planned Or Emergent Early Works And Pre-emptive Projects Are Required In The Areas Of Facilities, And Infrastructure. This Contract Will Provide The Modality To Have A Completed Design Of A Project Presented To The Contractor As A Work/project Package To Provide And Apply Pre-qualified And Documented Unit Rates For A Fixed Price Solution On A Defined Project Of Multi-disciplined Facets. The Campus And Its Operations Must Continue To Operate To Service The Needs Of The Commission. Projects Can Vary From Civil Works, Electrical/mechanical Works, Architectural Matters Including Sustainability And Accessibility. The Aim Of Establishing The Schedule Of Rates For Construction/renovation/maintenance Works Is For Timely Implementation Of Projects At Uneca
