This Maintenance And Servicing Will Take Place Throughout The Year, According To The Needs Of The Installations And Of Unog. Recurrent Interventions Will Be Planned At The Beginning Of The Year. This Invitation To Tender Is Divided Into Six (6) Lots: - Lot 1: Filtration And Maintenance Of Ventilation Monoblocks - Lot 2: Extinguishing Systems For Cafeteria Grill Hoods - Lot 3: Cleaning Of Cafeteria Recovery Ducts - Batch 4: Ginox O-mat Hood Cleaning System - Batch 5: Miscellaneous Ventilation Valves And Grilles - Batch 6: Ventilation Work The Bidder Must Respond To All Six (6) Lots. The Services Expected Under The Contract In Question Are As Follows. - Fixed-price Preventive Maintenance Including Cleaning Operations: Technical Inspection And Servicing (in Accordance With Equipment Manufacturer's Specifications), Including Small Parts, Labor And Travel; - Corrective Maintenance Not Included In The Fixed-price Package, Including Ventilation Works (subject To Quotation); - Preventive And Corrective Maintenance During The Warranty Period. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Take Place At The Palais Des Nations.‎ The Aim Is To Establish A Three (3) Year Contract With Two (2) Additional Extension Options Of One (1) Year Each, For A Maximum Of Five (5) Years.
