Unodc Roca Plans To Conduct Survey On Crime Victimization In Kyrgyzstan To Gather Information Related To The Level And Nature Of Domestic Crime, As Well As People’s Perceptions Of Safety In The Community. The Crime Victimization Survey Will Provide A Valua & The United Nations Office On Drugs And Crime Regional Office For Central Asia (unodc Roca) Hereby Invites Qualified Vendors To Submit Their Expression Of Interest For Provision Of Services To Conduct Survey On Crime Victimization In Kyrgyzstan To Gather Information Related To The Level And Nature Of Domestic Crime, As Well As People’s Perceptions Of Safety In The Community. The Crime Victimization Survey Will Provide A Valuable Source Of Information For Sector Professionals, Law Enforcement Agencies, Policy Decision Makers And Any National Stakeholders To Understand The Nature, Extent And Differentiation Of Crimes. The Detailed Tor/scope Of Work Will Be Provided To The Companies Who Will Be Qualified For The Rfq To Be Followed Right After This Request For Eoi. Minimum Eligibility Criteria • Vendor Should Have At Least 3-years’ Experience In The Area Of Research, Data Collection And Analysis And At Least Two Permanent Staff With Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Carrying Similar Research, Data Collection And Analysis. (it Is Necessary To Submit A Profile Indicating Experience, A List Of Works Performed, Team Composition With Attached Cvs Per Each Staff Anticipated For Engagement) • Vendor Should Have 2-years’ Experience In Organizing Statistical Surveys Of The Population, In Particular At The Local Level, Including Experience In Working With International Organizations Or Projects Using Modern Standards And Methodologies In The Field Of Social Research Among Population. • Vendor Should Have Knowledge Of The Country Context And Proven Experience Of Writing Analytical Reports: At Least Two (2) Reports Produced Over The Last 3-5 Years In The Area Of Crime Prevention And Criminal Justice And / Or Human Rights And Social Inclusion. Please Note That This Is Not An Invitation For Submission Of A Proposal. This Is A Request For Expressions Of Interest (eoi) In Order To Identify Qualified Vendors Interested In Participating In The Solicitation. Vendors Interested On Provision Of The Above Services Must Express Their Interest Electronically Throgh Ungm.org. Unodc Roca Will Examine This Eoi And Reserves The Right To Select The Invitees For Competitive Bidding. Accordingly, An Expression Of Interest Does Not Automatically Warrant An Interested Vendor's Participation In The Competitive Bidding Exercise.
