Potential Health Insurance Coverage Service Providers Represent That They Are Fully Qualified And Have The Necessary Expertise And Resources To Effectively And Efficiently Provide The Same, And Wish To Provide Those Services As Set Forth In This Eoi And Any Contract To Be Signed Subsequent To The Solicitation Process.
