National Information System For Social Assistance (nissa) Social Registry And Management Information System For Social Assistance (missa) & The Contract Aims To Procure Software Development Services For Lesotho#s Ministry Of Gender, Youth and Social Development (mogysd) To Enhance Its Social Protection Delivery Systems By Upgrading The national Information System For Social Assistance (nissa) Social Registry (dsr) To Be More Dynamic for Pro-poor Targeting And The Management Information System For Social Assistance (missa) Beneficiary Operations Management System (boms) To Cover All The Stages, Processes And Activities involved In Delivering Social Assistance Programs, Including An Integrated Beneficiary Registry. The Upgraded Systems Should Be Interoperable With Several National Databases And Registries especially The National Identity And Civil Registry (nicr) And The Civil Registration And Vital Statistics (crvs), And Leverage Third-party Shared Services. See Figure 1. Lesotho Social Assistance Digital ecosystem. The Missa Boms Is Envisioned As A Platform That Will Support The Creation Of Workspaces For Current and Future Social Assistance Programs, Shock-responsive Programs, And Humanitarian Interventions In lesotho. A Detailed Business Requirements Document Has Been Developed To Support The Development Of The systems And Will Be Provided To The Successful Contractor. Additionally, The Ministry Of Communication science And Technology Would Provide A Hardware, Infrastructure, And High Availability Hosting architecture And Support Plan For Contractor Review. This Plan Is Expected To Be Reviewed In The Context of The Needs Of The Planned Systems And Signed Off During Inception.
