The Deadline For Receipt Of Questions Is 17:00 Hrs Libya Time (utc+2) On 25/08/2021. Online Pre-bid Conference Unhcr Will Arrange For An Online Pre-bid Conference On 26/08/2021 Via Microsoft Teams. The Received Questions Will Be Answered During The Conference And A Questions & Answers Document Will Be Prepared And Shared With All Interested Bidders After The Conference And By No Later Than 29/08/2021. Submission Of Bid: The Offers Must Bear Your Official Letter Head, Clearly Identifying Your Company. Bids Should Be Submitted By E-mail And All Attachments Should Be In Pdf Format.
