Usu Intends To Award A Sole-source, Firm-fixed-price Contract To Carter Machinery Company, Inc. For A Twelve (12) Month Pm Service Agreement, Plus One Twelve (12) Month Option Period To Include: One (1) Major Pm Service, Three (3) Minor Pm Services, And Eight (8) Monthly Start & Visual Inspections, In Addition To One (1) - 4-hour Load Bank Test To Be Completed In Conjunction With Major Pm. Samples (oil, Coolant & Fuel) Will Be Collected During Major Pm. the Preventative Maintenance (pm) Services And Monthly Start-up Services For The Emergency Generators At Usu Must Be Procured From Carter Machinery Company, Inc. As It Is The Only Licensed Vendor Authorized To Complete These Services In The Region Surrounding Usu. therefore, Carter Machinery Company, Inc. Is The Only Known Source That Can Provide The Requested Preventative Maintenance And Related Services.
