The Contractor’s Personnel Should Wear Its Company Uniform At All Times Inside The Picc Premises. 5. The Contractor Agrees That The Time Of Work Shall Be On The Time And Day Where No Event In Picc. It Should Be Schedule In The Most Convenient Time In Favor Of Picc. 6. The Contractor Shall Assign A Dole Accredited Safety Officer Every Time There Are Activities At Site. 7. The Contractor Shall Provide, At His Own Expense, All Necessary Materials And Testing Equipment To Be Used In Connection With The Services Under This Project. 8. The Contractor Shall Test And Ensure That The Offered Network Switches Are Compatible And Will Work With Our Ip Phones Before Procuring All Fifty (50) Units. 9. All Materials To Be Used Shall Be Brand New. 10. Any Works That May Affect The Operation And Security Measures Of Picc Shall Be Coordinated Properly And Shall Be Done In Accordance With The Picc Approved Schedule. 11. Any Parts Of The Equipment Involved And Other Properties Of Picc That May Be Damaged Due To Negligence And/or Poor Workmanship Of The Contractor Shall Be Replaced And Be Charged To Its Account. 12. The Contractor Should Free The Picc And Its Personnel From And Against All Liabilities Arising From Injuries Or Liabilities To Persons Or Damage To Property Occasioned By Any Act Or Omission By The Contractor. Iv. Schedule Of Requirement: Complete Delivery Shall Be Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. V. Terms Of Payment Picc Shall Pay The Contractor/supplier Upon Complete Delivery Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Presentation Of The Billing And Submission Of The Required Documents To Technical Services Department’s (tsd) Electrical, Electronics And Communication Services Division Of Picc, Which Includes The Following: A. Sales Invoice B. Delivery Receipt Duly Acknowledge/signed By Picc Authorized Representative. Vi. Warranty All Materials Supplied Shall Have A Warranty Of One (1) Year. The Obligation For The Warranty Shall Be Covered By Either Retention Money Or Special Bank Guarantee In The Amount Equivalent To At Least Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Contract Price. The Said Amount Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period. Vii. General Conditions Of The Contract: 1. All Prices Quoted Herein Are Valid, Binding And Effective For One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From Date Of Quotation. 2. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Source(s) Of His Services/equipment Shall Make Deliveries In Accordance With Schedule, Quality And Specifications. Failure By The Awardee To Comply With The Same Shall Be Ground For Cancellation Of The Award. 3. The Contractor Shall Pick Up Rs And Ntp Issued In His Favor Within Three (3) Days After Receipt Of Notice To That Effect. A Telephone Call, Fax Transmission Or Email Shall Constitute An Official Notice To The Awardee. Thereafter, If The Rs Remain Unclaimed, The Said Rs Shall Be Sent By Messengerial Service To The Awardee At The Latter’s Expense. To Avoid Delay In The Service Of The Requesting Agency’s Requirement, All Defaulting Awardees Shall Be Precluded From Proposing Or Submitting A Substitute Sample. 4. Subject To The Provisions Of The Preceding Paragraph, Where Awardee Has Accepted A Ntp But Fails To Deliver The Services Within The Time Called For In The Same Order, He Shall Be Extended A Maximum Of Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Under Liquidated Damages To Make Good His Services. Thereafter If Awardee Has Not Completed Delivery Of Services Within The Extended Period, The Subject Rs & Ntp Shall Be Cancelled And The Award For The Undelivered Balance Withdrawn From That Awardee.
