Isnv Nodigt Geïnteresseerde Partijen Uit (zowel Ondernemingen, Als Zzp'ers) Om Zich Te Registreren En Aan Te Melden  Voor De Diverse Vakgebieden Binnen Dit Das (zie Voor De Vakgebieden § 1.3.2). Inkoopsamenwerking Noord-veluwe (isnv) Bestaat Uit De Volgende Deelnemers: gemeenten Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten, Zeewolde, Sociale Dienst Veluwerand, Omgevingsdienst Noord-veluwe, Regio Noord-veluwe En De Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Meerinzicht. Doordat Het Professionaliseren Van De Inkoopfunctie Omvangrijk En Belangrijk  Is Geworden Hebben De Deelnemers Van Het Isnv Besloten Om Op Het Gebied Van Inkoop Samen Te Gaan Werken. Door Het Bundelen Van hoeveelheden En Het Delen Van Kennis En Kosten Ontstaan Inkoopvoordelen Binnen Deze Samenwerking. De Volgende Deelnemers Isnv Nemen Deel Aan Deze Aanbesteding: De Gemeenten Ermelo, Harderwijk, Zeewolde En De Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Meerinzicht. De Gemeenten Putten, Nunspeet En Elburg Behouden Zich Het Recht Voor Om Tijdens De Looptijd Van De Das Toe Te Treden. Met Het Das Willen De Deelnemende Gemeenten Binnen Isnv Op Bepaalde Momenten Deskundigheid Op Een Flexibele Manier Kunnen Aantrekken En Daarbij De Aanbestedingsregels Respecteren. Transparantie En Mededinging Bij De Inhuur Van Externe Partijen Zijn Daarbij Speerpunten. Het Das Wordt Ingesteld Voor Een Periode Van Twee (2) Jaar (1 Februari 2021), Met Acht (8) Keer Een Optie Tot Verlenging Van Één (1) Jaar. De Beoogde Ingangsdatum Van De Overeenkomst Is 1 Februari 2019.  Verlenging Das Inhuur 4e Verlenging Van Februari 2024 Tot 1 Februari 2025.
