Description The National Library Of The Philippines (nlp), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required From January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, As Specified In The Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Salary Adjustment In Compliance With Dole-nwpc The Service Provider Shall Adhere To The Applicable Department Of Labor And Employment (dole) Laws And Regulations Concerning The Compensation Of Security Personnel. In Accordance With These Laws, Security Personnel Have The Right To Claim An Increase In Their Salary Or Benefits Should The Dole Mandate Such Adjustments. Should The Dole Or Any Relevant Government Authority Issue A Directive, Order, Or Law That Requires An Increase In The Base Salary, Benefits, Or Allowances For Security Personnel, The Service Provider Agrees To Promptly Implement These Changes. Any Increase In Salary Or Benefits Mandated By Dole Or The Relevant Authorities Shall Be Borne By The Contracting Organization. The Service Provider Shall Notify The Contracting Organization Within A Reasonable Timeframe Of Any Changes In The Dole Laws Or Regulations That Impact The Compensation Of Security Personnel. The Notification Should Include Details Of The Specific Changes, Their Effective Date, And The Resulting Adjustments In Salary Or Benefits. The Contracting Organization And The Service Provider Shall Cooperate In Good Faith To Ensure That All Necessary Adjustments Are Made Promptly And In Full Compliance With Dole Laws. In Case Of Any Disputes Or Uncertainties Regarding The Interpretation Or Application Of These Laws, Both Parties Agree To Engage In Dialogue And Seek A Mutually Agreeable Resolution.
