The Jandor Group Llc, Has Been Determined To Be The Only Firm With The Capability To Provide The Required Services Since This Work Is A Continuation Of Contract 140f0s23p0033 Where Considerable Amount Of Analysis Of The Ia Permitting Program Has Been Performed. Any Other Firm Will Need To Expend Considerable Resources In Order To Acquire The Same Knowledge About The Program And The Implementation Plan In Order To Be Able To Execute The Requirement.
