These Training Events Require A Cadre Of Tribal Elders, Who May Travel From Various Locations (some Being Quite Remote) In The Mountain-prairie Region. Demonstrated First-hand Experience In Dealings With Tribal Governments, Trusting Relationships With U.s. Government, And Numerous Other Tribal Topics Is Required. The Vendor Must Be Trusted To Adequately Host Tribal Elders, Have Knowledge Of The Laws That Impact Native Peoples, And Be Able To Quickly And Efficiently Provide Logistics For Training Events.
