Included In This Development And Delivery Package Are Electrical Interface Adapters, And Partial Schematics For The Profibus Dp Mxa Electrical Circuit Card Used Onboard The Cg Wmsl Fleet. the Uscg, C5i Service Center, Intends To Solicit And Award On A Soles Source Basis Under The Authority Of Far 13.106-1(b) To Astronics Test System, Inc., 12700 Ingenuity Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32826-2752, United States. This Procurement Is Being Conducted Under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (sap) - Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Uscg Has Identified Astronics Test Systems Inc. As The Sole Source Provider Of The Required Pin Point Ii Automated Test Equipment System Used To Test And Repair Electronic Circuit Boards Which Are A Vital Component Of The Coast Guard Wlm And Wlb Propulsion Systems For Cg Cutters. Not Repairing Would Impact The Cg Cutter Fleet As Cg Would Be Unable To Repair Damaged Circuit Cards, Thus Making The Propulsion Systems Inoperable And The Impacted Cutters As Not Mission Capable. all Responsible Sources May Submit A Bid, Proposal, Or Quotation Which Shall Be Considered By The Agency.
