This design Build Project Is posted Exclusively For Those Contractors On The Current dhs/uscg Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract Ii (rmacc) Region 8 the Contractor Will Provide All Supervision, Labor, Material, And Equipment Necessary To Repair Waterfront Infrastructure And Rebuild Covered Boat Mooring Damaged During The 2018 Hurricane Season.  The Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To: Demolition Of The Existing Boathouse; Site And Utility Work; 2,750 Gsf Covered Mooring Boathouse; Construction Of Two New Finger Piers; Replacement And Improvement Of Sewage Treatment Piping And System Capacity That Will Prevent Spills Of Raw Sewage During High Water Or Large Rain Events.  This Project Has One (1) Base Item And (1) Option Item. 0001 Base Item:  Design-build The Boathouse And Repair The Sewage Treatment System At Station Grand Isle In Grand Isle, Louisiana To Prevent Spills Of Raw Sewage During High Water Or Large Rain Events.  Do The Work According To This Specification And As Shown On The Government-accepted, Contractor-originated Drawings.  Work Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To: (a) Demolition Of The Existing Boathouse, Finger Piers And Other Associated Items. (b) Construction Of Two (2) New Finger-piers. (c) Design And Construction Of A New Covered Mooring Boathouse. (d) Repair Waterfront Infrastructure In Support Of Station Grand Isle Waterfront Operations. (e) Replace And Repair Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Pipe Lines, Life Station, Etc.  (f)  Regrade Ground Around Waste Water Treatment Plant To Provide Positive Drainage.  0001aa: Replace All Existing Underground Water And Gas Lines On The Station Property.  Do The Work According To This Specification And As Shown On The Government-accepted, Contractor-originated Drawing.
