Contract notice: Enhanced service housing for the elderly for the period 1.9.2021 (target) - 31.8.2026 (one (1) v + one (1) v options). Participation period 15.4.-12.5.2021. Note: Exceptional participation time. The City of Turku's Procurement Services requests the City of Turku's welfare industry and the regions of Southwest Finland participating in the joint procurement to contact the municipalities of Aura, Kaarina, Kemiönsaari, Kosken (tl), Laitila, Lieto, Marttila, Naantali, Ovakää Masku, Mynämäki, Nousiainen), applications for participation in the dynamic register of providers of housing services for the elderly on behalf of the municipality of Pöytyä, the city of Raisio (incl. Rusko), the municipality of Sauvo and the municipality of Taivassalo. All candidates who have submitted an application and who meet the requirements set out in this request to participate will be selected for the dynamic supplier register. The City of Turku prepares the procurement and makes a decision on the procurement on behalf of all subscribers. Each subscriber subsequently concludes its own contract with the service providers selected in the dynamic supplier register for each service unit. The acquisition is divided into four (4) sub-units: 1. Enhanced service housing for the elderly in Finnish 2. Enhanced service housing for the elderly in Swedish 3. Demanding enhanced service housing for the memory-impaired in Finnish 4. Demanding enhanced service housing for the memory-impaired in Swedish. The contract is concluded for the period 1.9.2021 (target) - 31.8.2026, after which the contract can be extended by the subscriber's decision on the original terms with two (2) one (1) year options for the period 1.9.2026-31.8.2027 and 1.9.2027-31.8.2028. The procurement is subject to a procurement procedure (Dynamic Supplier Register) permitted by Chapter 12 of the Public Procurement and Concessions Act (1397/2016, hereinafter ~~ Procurement Act ~~)
