The bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: To be eligible, the bidder should have executed at least one of the following: - One similar nature of work of value not less than 80% of the PAC value in a single contract during the last seven years as a prime contractor. - Two similar nature of works of value not less than 60% of the PAC value each in a single contract during the last seven years as a prime contractor. - Three similar nature of works of value not less than 40% of the PAC value each in a single contract during the last seven years as a prime contractor. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of a minimum of 60% of the estimated cost during the last three consecutive financial years. The formulas for calculating the bid capacity are: 1. 80% of PAC value (for one similar work) 2. 60% of PAC value (for two similar works) 3. 40% of PAC value (for three similar works) 4. 60% of estimated cost (for average annual financial turnover)
