The Institute Requires Internet Access In Plenary Sessions And All Breakout Sessions. The Contractor Must Provide Internet Service In The Plenary Room. The Contractor Must Setup, Breakdown And Provide Technical Support Of The A/v Equipment During The Plenary Sessions. a/v For Breakout Rooms: The Institute Will Provide All Laptops And In-focus Projectors Used In The Breakout Rooms.
