this Requirement Is For The Hugs Infant Protection System For Patients At Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Va. The Contractor Shall Provide A Site Survey Which Identifies The Proper Exciter And/or Gateway Hardware Placement. The Site Survey To Validate Low Frequency Exciter Locations Includes Physical Exciter Placement (via A Test Fixture) And Preliminary Tuning To Define The Exact Placement For Each Device Prior To Installation. Wi-fi Gateway And Ultrasound Exciter Placement Is Validated By Touring Each Unit To Validate Proper Ceiling And Wall Placement Required To Achieve Desired Operation Prior To Device Installation. Defense Health Agency (dha) Intends To Negotiate On A Sole Source Basis In Accordance With 10 U.s.c. 2304(c)(1) And Far 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting From A Single Source. The Proposed Supplier Is Securitas Healthcare, 4600 Vine Street, Lincoln, Ne 68503.

1. Mobileview Ip Relay Adapter- Integration Between Mobileview And Ip Relay Unit. The Integration Enables The Sending Of Mobileview Alerts To Activate And Control Devices Connected To Supported Ip Relay Unit (up To 6 Peripherals), Such As Siren With Strobe Light (sku: Srn- 1000). The Integration Also Allows Using Dry Contact Inputs To Trigger Alerts In Mobileview. Any Required Peripheral And Ip Relay Components And Licenses Are Not Included, And May Be Subject To Additional Cost.the Integration Requires Supported Ip Relay Unit, Please Order Rly-1006.the Package Includes Integration License And 2 Hours Installation/testing By Professional Services. Authorized Service Provider Full Infant And Patient Protection Use Case Installation- Securitas Healthcare Fulfillment Partner Full Aeroscout Exciter/ Controller Infrastructure And Mobileview Solution Installation For Infant And Patient Protection Use-case(s). Includes Solution Project Management And Engineering Services. Supports Cpm And Cse Certification.
8. Authorized Service Provider Ip-pp System Device Cutover- Securitas Healthcare Fulfillment Partner Cutover Services For Door Control And Alarming Notification Systems To New Infant & Patient Protection Solution.
9. Corrective Maintenance. Normal Working Hour Maintenance Coverage Will Be Monday Through Friday, Between 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. A Contractor Service Tech Shall Respond Via Telephone Within Four (4) Hours After Receipt Of Trouble Call, And Make A Best Effort To Provide On-site Service No Later Than The Close Of Business (5:00 Pm) On The Next Business Day. Vendor Is To Make A Best Effort To Have All Equipment Operational Within 72 Hours Of Initial On-site Response.
10. In The Event That Emergency Service Outside The Normal Working Hours Are Required By The Government, Additional Work Shall Be Billable To The Government At Published Commercial Rates, And Negotiated And Approved By A Contracting Officer Prior To Services Rendered. Government Request For Corrective Maintenance Will Be Placed By Physical Security, To The Contractor’s Poc. Corrective Maintenance Shall Be Completed During The Hours Specified In The Contract.

The Intended Procurement Will Be Classified Under North America Industry Classification System (naics) 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.
