The Space Must Be Located On Airport Property, And All Ancillary Services Must Be Included As Part Of The Rental Consideration. this Justification And Approval For Other Than Full And Open Competition Has Been Reviewed And Approved In Accordance With Established Tsa Procedures And Is Hereby Published In Accordance With Federal Acquisition Regulation (far)6.305.
